Charlotte, North Carolina: After 7 years of working to bring HC Forklift America Corporation into the U.S. market, Frank Russo has decided to step down as Vice President of Sales and Dealer Development.

During his tenure at HCFA, Frank was able develop a nationwide dealer network and help establish Hangcha as a well-known material handling manufacturer in the United States. By using his insight and over 50 years of experience in the material handling industry, Frank was able to build and mentor HCFA’s sales and marketing team to help HCFA grow at an unprecedented rate.

“On behalf of the Hangcha America team, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for your over 7 years of outstanding service and leadership as Vice President of Sales and Dealer Development. Your dedication, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment have played a key role in driving the company’s growth and achieving remarkable milestones. Under your leadership, the sales team has reached new heights, expanded markets, strengthened dealership relationships, and consistently exceeded targets.” says Jimmy Zhang, President of HCFA, “Your passion, professionalism, and collaborative spirit have left a lasting impact on the team and the company as a whole. It has been a true privilege working with you, and your contributions will continue to inspire us.”

Although he is stepping down from his current position, Frank is staying at HCFA. He will be moving to an advisory role to help President of HCFA, Jimmy Zhang, cement Hangcha as a major material handling OEM in the United States. In addition, Frank has decided to take on a new role as Vice President of OEM Sales and Business Development at Universal Lithium-ion Battery Supply, a new start-up lithium-ion battery manufacturer.

“My seven years with HCFA has been without a doubt rewarding and fulfilling. What a ride! I’m rewiring, not retiring. The events that unfolded over the past seven years at HCFA along with the opportunities presented put us on the map. The senior management team created made all the difference. I was honored to have contributed to a small part of our teams success while learning every day. ” stated Frank Russo. “Working with our President Jimmy Zhang has been a blessing, his focus on results, his understanding of change and his ability to keep the team on the right path, was inspirational. To all, I thank you, I go now to work on a new challenge.”

We appreciate Frank helping to get HC Forklift America Corporation where it is today. We look forward to seeing him succeed in his new advisory role at HCFA and wish him the best of luck in his new role at ULBS.
