HANGCHA’s Service Training in 2016
Hangcha’s global service engineer training was held in Hangcha factory during 24-28. Nov. 2016. About 30 service engineers from 15 countries attended the service training course.
From 2014, HANGCHA service engineer training is held every two years. As many new products are launched to the market by HANGCHA every year, we take the regular service training to dealers’ engineers to provide better service to end users.
With the theme of BUILD A SERVICE ORIENTED MANUFACTURE, Hangcha presented a memorable service training to all attendees. From factory tour, National Laboratory approved Testing Center, products showing, AGV machines, to intelligent forklift trucks, those impressed all attendees.
Both Hangcha and all attendees are confident enough to work closer together for a better tomorrow.
