This next generation model from Hangcha Group replaces the existing XF Series Pneumatic Forklift. This new model features the updated GCT K25 (for LPG models), standard Wet Disc Brake drive axle, new integrated multifunction display, larger, more ergonomic operator compartment, and an enhanced cooling system. All of these features are packaged in a new, more stable chassis that features a sleek, more modern design. The reliable XF2 Series Pneumatic Forklift is designed to increase uptime and performance wherever I.C. pneumatics forklifts are found.

New Multifunction Display
The new multifunction instrument display is used to display the operating status of the forklift and provide operators with enhanced operational information. In addition, the display allows for improved diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Enhanced Cooling System
The XF2 Series features an enhanced cooling system. This includes a new, larger radiator to increase the cooling system’s efficiency. By using an enhanced cooling system, Hangcha was able to increase the reliability of the forklift.
New Efficient LED Taillights
The newly designed LED taillights are designed to be highly efficient and have a long service life when compared to the previous models. In addition, their performance and output has significantly improved which promotes a safer operational environment.

The XF2 Series Pneumatic Forklifts feature a reliable drivetrain that uses well-known industry components such as the GCT K25 or Kubota Diesel motor, Okamura Transmission, and wet disc brake drive axle. New GCT K25 Engine
The XF2 features the next generation of the well-known and reliable GCT K25 motor. The new GK25 features better performance than the previous model, a reliable supply chain to ensure low lead times, and a new diagnostics system that allows for easier and more accurate maintenance. Unlike the previous generation, this engine also allows for options such as a pre-cleaner and a high positioned exhaust. Together these features ensure that the new GK25 motors are powerful and reliable enough to get the job done.
Kubota V2607 Engine
Hangcha uses the powerful Kubota diesel engine in our pneumatic tire forklifts. The Kubota engine is Tier 4F compliant. The engine uses common rail fuel systems, diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC), and diesel particulate filters (DPF) to meet the Tier 4F compliance. This engine helps the Hangcha forklifts maximize their efficiency and reliability for the end-user.
OKAMURA Transmission
The world-renown OKAMURA transmission comes standard in our second generation XF2 Series Pneumatic Tire Forklift. This transmission was chosen as a part of the forklift’s design for its reliability and has an expected service life far longer than 10 years.
New Efficient LED Taillights
Wet Brake Drive Axle features a service life of far longer than 10 years. In addition, they use custom, high-strength bolts and wheel side planetary reducer to further increase the reliability of the drivetrain.
